I’m told it’s not possible for the brain to reach capacity. I’m not so sure. This sponge, for one, feels like it’s saturated. Unfortunately not with things like Nietzsche, Darwin, or Descartes, but more along the lines of how to get grasshopper spit off of cotton, knowing when it’s time to re-format the hard drive, and remembering where I last set down my glasses.
Useful? Perhaps. Life enriching? Not so much. But I’m determined to change that. I’m filling up on instructional theory, educational technology, and open learning networks. Now if I could just find my glasses . . .
If you find them let me know via connections to the right or b i s e r @ b y u . e d u
